Morning all, bright and sunny here. Hope everyone is okay after yesterday’s storm. Granddaughter number 1 rang yesterday she wasn’t looking forward to school today, a feeling I knew well, usually because it meant doing my homework on the bus. Apparently the reason for her reluctance was a make- up inspection. ”You don’t need to worry, you don’t wear any” No reply. “You don’t, do you?” “Well only mascara, foundation and blusher!” She’s twelve.

Hiya peeps, how are you all, hope you had a good weekend.
Anyone want a naughty Beagle lol takes the pee out of me she does, eating stuff off the floor and just completely ignoring me, cheeky mare even carried a rice crispy cake wrapper all the way home the other day and had the cheekiest look on her face lol
Dunno what was up this morning but she kept resting her face on mine and not moving and trying to lick my nose lol We need the weather to improve so we can have a decent walk.
Weather currently seems to have hit a lull period, the suns out and wind has calmed a bit and it's not raining, fingers crossed it stays this way. Thankfully my power hasn't outed either.

I'll swap her for a naughty cat. A naughty cat who desperately wanted to go out last night but, - wind, rain, cold. So every hair from about 2am she woke me up to check the weather situation with her. If you don't get up she starts clawing the bed. If you lock her in anywhere she wrecks the room she's in!
Susie the cat ain't daft. She took one look at the wind this morning and snuggled up to granny
Ours gets me up for food ,sees that there is some so looks at me and starts to eat it ,when I go back she meows and goes to the door and when I open it at sometimes -20 he sniffs the air ,shakes his head then walks away .To do it all again later .
I will say this T how much does it cost per hour for entertainment -A gig , amovie or the opera ? Then how much does Daisy give in one day ? Priceless . We feel gifted by our fella and didn't expect half the joy he gives us .

She is entertaining, I say she's naughty tongue in cheek. I couldn't have asked for a more well behaved dog in truth, she's very low maintenance.
Good evening gang. I hope you are all safe from Storm Isha. It is still windy and wet here but we are definitely not as bad as other places.
I don't follow NFL but I went to visit my auntie in 1976- she lived in Michigan and they took me to see the Detroit Lions play the Buffako Bills. Ever sincxe then I've kept half an eye on the Lions. They have been spectacularly and relentlessly rubbish for the intervening years. I know how to pick teams to support! This year they have won two play off games and are one game from the Super Bowl. Hopefully this is good news for Everton - my teams are coming good!
Not much to report today - son had his dermatology appointment, they told him the thing on his foot is a pyogenic granuloma and they are going to freeze it off in a couple of weeks. He's on more antibiotics to kill the infection in it and is very unhappy because he can't drink with the antibioic he's on. Daughter's boyfriend is recovering and Mr F has not heard anything about the interview he had.

Hi all, just crawled into bed absolutely shattered. I’ve twinged my back, broke two finger nails but at least we are ready for the removal people who are coming at 8.30 tomorrow. This is the third time my sons moved in 5 years - I’ve told him please no more for a while now

Good morning all on this dark day here in Finland ,we have had winds and rain but nothing compared to the rest of europe .It is not so windy here .I hope all had a good night -what was left of it for @Val P ,mind your back at your age ( I never typed that ! We bought a Qashqai a few months ago and I have never been at ease as we had an automatic before so yesterday we bought a Mazda cx5 it arrives tommorow hopefully The price of used cars here is at least double the UK .Last week there was a Toyota landcruiser that had covered 700,000 kms about 430,000 miles and 7000 euros about £4000 it was from 2001 .Have a great day all.COYB
