Is that salmon mousse as pale as it looks Brett or is it just the way it came out on the pics?

It’s quite pale mate. Loads of air beaten into it, so it’s lovely and soft, but also a little pale. You’ll have to take my word that it’s still very salmon-ey!!

Lovely way to spend part of your day, even if it is a little grey. Had a little walk along the seafront to and from the MIL’s earlier. Defo sobers you up slightly, too!!

Back in 2004/2005 I used to fly down to Teesside airport and run some training sessions out of a hotel in Seton Carew , loved that sea frontage. Didn’t think about it again until that guy who faked his death in a canoe turned up !

Jazzy's post had me thinking. What's everyone's top 3 Christmas songs. Mine are I believe in Father Christmas, Fairytale of New York and, don't laugh, Last Christmas.

I realised whilst cooking tea last night that this is probably the first time in years that I've had the UK no 1 on my Ipod

Mine are Christmas Wrapping by the Waitresses, Feliz Navidad by Jose Feliciano and One more Sleep by Leona Lewis! not very cool but happy songs

I don't think he's dinner party material. I love the music but his autobiography was the dullest book I have ever read. Had there been a sixth spot Dave Grohl would have been invited.
