It’s quite pale mate. Loads of air beaten into it, so it’s lovely and soft, but also a little pale. You’ll have to take my word that it’s still very salmon-ey!!Is that salmon mousse as pale as it looks Brett or is it just the way it came out on the pics?
Lovely way to spend part of your day, even if it is a little grey. Had a little walk along the seafront to and from the MIL’s earlier. Defo sobers you up slightly, too!!We've been to the seaside this morning. A long walk along the seafront at Seaton Carew. Here's the grey North Sea to add to the festive atmosphereView attachment 239581View attachment 239582
Back in 2004/2005 I used to fly down to Teesside airport and run some training sessions out of a hotel in Seton Carew , loved that sea frontage. Didn’t think about it again until that guy who faked his death in a canoe turned up !We've been to the seaside this morning. A long walk along the seafront at Seaton Carew. I doubt it's anything to do with my nephew. Maybe they don't do blue Xmas clothes in PolandGorgeous.......but why is she in red?
No Bruce?. Shocked I amOn the Christmas songs I forgot about David Bowie and Bing Crosby's Little Drummer Boy. I love that one too.
Dinner party guests in no specific order
1. David Bowie
2. Oscar Wilde
3. Nelson Mandela
4. Emmeline Pankhurst
5. Billy Jean King
Wouldn't be Christmas without a Je suis FredWow , Bruce didn't make the cut!
Says somebody safe in the knowledge that Mrs J will never see this postLooks gorgeously moody ( not unlike Mrs J!)
Mine are Christmas Wrapping by the Waitresses, Feliz Navidad by Jose Feliciano and One more Sleep by Leona Lewis! not very cool but happy songsMerry Christmas friends.
Jazzy's post had me thinking. What's everyone's top 3 Christmas songs. Mine are I believe in Father Christmas, Fairytale of New York and, don't laugh, Last Christmas.
I realised whilst cooking tea last night that this is probably the first time in years that I've had the UK no 1 on my Ipod![]()
Over DCLs dead bodyI don't think he's dinner party material. I love the music but his autobiography was the dullest book I have ever read. Had there been a sixth spot Dave Grohl would have been invited.
Took some thinking this, it would have been easier with 10Carrying on this vein, who would be the 5 people you would most want to invite to your dinner party. They don't have to still be alive.
Mine would be
1. Marilyn Monroe
2. Ian Curtis
3. Billy Connolly
4. Peter Reid
5. Jodie Comer.
