Just dipped a toe in the Everton forum and a quick look in the Patterson thread. One page was enough. I don't know why I do it to myself

For 4 1/2 seasons I sponsored the Gordon thread, continued paying when he left , then last month GOT randomly allocated me Patterson. OK I can live with that I thought . Two weeks later I couldn’t take the sheer negativity anymore from the usual suspect(s) , so I asked to be changed to Chermiti, it should take a wee while for the haters to get to him .

Poor game overall to be honest Pete , we still give the ball away far too often and without Seamus there are no leaders on the pitch supporting the younger players. I thought Branthwaite played well considering the early yellow card and I think things will improve when Beto and Danjuma settle in.

Blackberry Gin, vodka, lemo and fresh lime.

That was the last of the Blackberry Gin so the next one was Gin, Creme de Cassis, lemo and fresh lime. I had to have 2 as I forgot to take the bread rolls out of the freezer. Schoolboy error
