Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Morning folks. We are in Nottingham visiting son and his girlfriend. Today they have booked us on a trip round the caves under Nottingham. Should be interesting. Last night ( horrible journey- seemed to be in a traffic jam from Wetherby to Doncaster) they made us lasagne but with beef brisket instead of mince. It was gorgeous. I'm going to have to get the recipe.
Hoping for 3 points today!

Good morning everyone, just recovering from a night out in Glasgow with a mate whose a Rangers/Everton fan.
Had a really good meal and visited a few hostelries, just what I needed.
Hopefully today we can replicate the form we showed last week, I reckon if we score first we can go on to win 2-0, I don't usually predict scores but I just have a good feeling about today.
You guys and girls have a great day, UTFT.

Pretty common that, having a dual bar/shop particularly the further south you go.

There’s a little bar at the Armagh/Tyrone border that is the size of an average sitting room and you share the toilets with the owning family. Strange to see someone’s lotions and potions in the facilities granted.
I remember trips down to Castletownbere in the south west of Cork to visit my uncle, and the village shop doubled up as a bar of a night. It was basically the back room with benches around the outside. It was run by an Englishwoman too strangely enough.
