Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Genuinely confused how a group of people can see a logo as cruel. Is it racist? Are they just having a bit of fun? If so its easy to see how an individual might take this seriously and turn it into real issue- then its how long before they draw a gun to express their frustration. Someone explain please - why are people bothered about a logo?

My brother was ginge by the way.

It was a prank

Thats good- the world hasn't yet gone quite as mad as I'd anticipated then. The line is certainly blurred though between a prank like thisvand how easily people get triggered and offended about all sorts these days. A tough call.

Personally I very much like ginger hair. Wouldn't want it myself like, because I prefer having a soul, but it looks good.

So I've had a really bad week this week, which has resulted in me ending up in hospital. I'm ok but basically the pain was at a level where it was more than discomfort and I also vomited so took the decision to call an ambulance. I'm sat in here now with a drip on to try and get my hydration levels correct. They've given me some morphine to deal with the pain. Morphine is good for pain relief but don't want to be on it too long as side effects can be quite disturbing. I also was not eating very much so my weight had fallen below 10 stone. I'm hoping when the Dr comes round they will add them nourishment drinks to my permanent medication. I'm in good spirits but still disappointed I've ended up in here.

Sorry to hear that, mate. Hope you're feeling better and back at home soon.

Make sure you eat. Your body needs fuel.

Sorry to here about your setback mate.

Godspeed fellow ginger x

Thoughts are with you @messymascot

Gingers everywhere in my family but thankfully not me, my 2 kids looked like they were gonna have red hair but my sons has gone brown and daughters blonde as they get older. Only time I've ever grown a beard in my 40 years on this planet was when i got chicken pox in my mid 20's and couldn't shave and it was bright red so never attempted facial hair after that.
