Morning all ,hope you are still asleep Messy and that all have a good day ,finally got the car sorted on the third visit to the dealers ,finished the half round table I was making and started to diet a bit harder ,it is easy to learn what you can get away with I suppose ,so now the wife is in charged of the menu.
Next project is to make some boxes to grow vegies in .
We used to have a big greenhouse and it was too much work so now it is a few boxes that I can renew the soil each year and not worry too much about weeding .
We grew a tomato that was especially nice and sweet with a brilliant tang ,it was called Sungold and is a cherry type if anyone likes a good tomato .
So next season it is toms zuccinis and runner beans underplanted with french marigolds to keep the pests away.

Mate I can't begin to explain how unlucky you are to grow a tomato plant and get just one tomato on it. Normally you get loads.

Not sure it was a good idea to give it a name either. Didn't you feel a bit guilty when it was time to eat it?

Doucs is ahead of schedule but likely a few weeks yet.

DCL has hinted himself a couple of weeks but there was a horrible rumour last week it could be months.
