I enjoyed that mate. Slipknot are usually a bit full on for me but if this new album is a bit like this I'll give it a listen.

The album as a whole is very Slipknot mate, hard and heavy, there's a couple of softer songs, the last song Finale is softer with the choir again. Yen is a kind of slower song but not sure You'd like it. I'll link Finale

Have listened a few times now and if you take away the vocals I wouldn’t have called that as Slipknot. Is this as big a change of style for you T or have they been edging towards it for a while?

They've done quite a few slow songs over the years and more melodic sounds mixed in with the chaos. So not a complete surprise, the rest of the album is very Slipknot though.
I'd imagine some fans will moan as they always do about slowing it down, some don't like evolution in bands. I really like it.
Bands who don’t evolve don’t survive.
I think I must just be more familiar with the chaos.

Should work if not just symphony and metallica 1 or 2. Musically just on another level it's fantastic. I remember it coming out it blew me away.
They rely on smell mostly anyway ,we had one a few years back and called him Spikey -sorry .they don't like bread and milk ,just in case.
