Care to make some actual coherent points than just laughing other people off? It's absurd that Messi somehow is still underrated by many presently despite his untouchable brilliance. Probably when he retires people will realize how feckin good this guy was

Maradona for me... single handedly won an italian league and world cup.

That Napoli team was pretty good regardless. Ciro Ferrara, Andrea Carnavale, Careca, Fernando Di Napoli, Alemao, Luca Fusi, even a very young Zola, they were hardly a pub side. Obviously Maradona took them to the next level but they were a better all round team than people give them credit for.

Love Messi, but he has never really done it in a world cup and has stayed in the same league and team, his whole career. Ronaldo on the other hand has done it in multiple European league's and for his country. Best player of all time ? Quite a few candidates for that, Pele, Ronaldo, George Best, played in far tougher times on horrible pitches, Maradonna, tainted by drugs but still great and of course Messi. Hard to pick really everyone will have their favourites.
