The only time i can remeber our club acting properly over a iffy player was a Chelsea CF under DM first time around - our medical team took portable X ray machinery with them & we never signed him after the x rays results looked bad - he was sold to someone else 7 he was an injury flop - cant remember his name - but if we did it back then why not now ???

he may turn out to be an asset who knows , but the tear in his time out was an ACL injury the one that finished many a good player off as a player ....

Its now a case of fingers crossed as Peter Reid was written off & he defied the odds.....

Bit worried by what I'm seeing here. Doucoure looked more composed on the ball than this guy which is a pretty low bar!

Been fit for a few weeks so needs to be showing more in these cameos especially against limited opposition.

Was he a massively rated player at Freiburg? Guessing Moyes liked what he saw from him as West Ham played them a couple of times in Europe in 22/23 but can't see I've seen anything so far. He looked as poor today as he did v Villa right at the start of the season.

Don't really see him as any sort of replacement if Garner dosen't renew for example.
