Why do we still buy players with shocking injury records and expect them to "get past" their fitness issues once they're at everton?

Have we signed an injury prone player in the last decade who's came in and stayed fit for us?

Rohl played almost 50 Bundesliga games across the past three seasons for Freiburg and was a second-half substitute for Germany in the final of the U21s Euros in the summer, which they lost to England.

He made his Everton debut off the bench against Aston Villa earlier this month but has missed his side’s last two games, against Liverpool and Wolverhampton Wanderers, due to injury.
