According to a couple Killie fans he had a release clause of 250 grand but I also heard from someone who knows his stuff about Kilmarnock that Michael Johnston(the Kilmarnock chairman) rejected an offer of more than the 250 grand and instead took an undisclosed fee + a 15% sell on clause.

Unlucky for the chairman then because he's probably earned about 100k instead I reckon. Can't see us getting any more than 300-400k for him.
