I don't know what to say? Excited, not much to be honest, we have signed alot of young keeper in the past and sadly all the recent one like Ruddy, Turner are nothing much than a reserve goal keeper, they are not even good enough to be Howard back-up, after couple years of development.

Well, I certainly hope this one turn out to be a great keeper for us in the future, I would save my excitment till we sign our first midfielder and striker in this transfer window, do keep us update if you know anything else!

How many young keepers has Moyes signed over the years? I'm guessing about 100. How many of these young keepers that he's signed have cemented themselves in the first-team squad? 0. Whoever our scout is for young goalkeepers needs to take a break permanently.

It's not the scout that needs a rest it's Chris Woods, if you watch video's of Woods and then our young keepers you see them making the same mistakes he did.

I've had him on facebook for months; he confirmed the other day that he is reporting for training on July 1st.

This was on the EvertonPoland forum in January - said he was with the youth squad in Brazil at the time and his signature was a foregone conclusion. They also said it was from a 100% reliable source who wanted to remain anonymous - maybe LCAB has some Polish connections?
As for the player himself, only 17, was loaned out from his club last season - not sure if he actually played any matches. Had a trial with Blackburn last summer and played for the Polish Under 15s and 16s. Blackburn also wanted him to sign but, according to the report, we showed more interest.

This signing is for the acamedy and his hero is Artur Boruc and Iker Casillas, a [probably his] favorite club Celtic. It is certainly great news for all the Polish fans of Everton going by that site in foreign ive just looked at from 10 days ago,so if we want another goalie as back up if mucha does want to go its not this one

I'm glad. I missed jukebox. Slightly miffed about the uncomplicated last name, though. Should change it. Though i'm proud, i'm polish myself, like.

Stubhaug is playing rather well in the norwegian premier league these days, btw.
He was a huge talent on fm08 or something. Ha.

This is something we need to get use to which is young players being signed with a eye on tomorrow and short term loans to fill gaps for today. I think it will be rare moments we see more than 5 million spent on a player in the future.
