England were pretty rubbish to be fair, sneaked a win against a pretty awful side whose sole intent was to defend. Should be buzzing because of the last minute goal but all i can think about is how badly we are going to get twatted when we play someone half decent.

Yep. England are far from perfect but we made them look like the second rate team they are. They defend well but unless Bale is strking a ball they offer nothing.

the way i look at it is that wales scored a flukey goal, had no attacking threat and we dominated the game and got our just rewards, yes we only got the winner in the 91st minute but when you are that dominant in a game you deserve it.

if it had been an even contest and we scored a last min winner then maybe you could say we sneaked a win

It's not like they had a million shots on target. I think you'll find many fair minded people would say a draw was a deserved result with 2 goals coming from mistakes and the winner simply a toe poke in desperation. Vincent Kompany in his analysis agrees with the above as well.

Well I'm sure if Everton got a win after a similar performance, we'd all agree they deserved the win.

A win is a win. Some may rightfully criticise the performance but in the end we ground out a result; something England often seem unable to do.

Slovakia may not be the easy game many had originally hoped, based on their recent performances and our own, but we're still in the fight.

After we'd conceded I genuinely couldn't see anything other than a Wales win due to capitulation, so I'm quite impressed.

England were the only team who tried to win and got their just rewards. It may not have been pretty at times and it doesn't matter how the goals go in.

It's like a Derby in the PL, it doesn't matter how you get the win as long as you do. Hopefully this will breed some confidence in the lads and we can move forward in the tournament.

As for Wales, too negative for me, they setup to park the bus and it didn't work.
