As for certain idiots booing Fellaini, do they just want to force him out to satisfy their own, severely misguided prophecy? If they keep booing, then they are only going to make him want to leave. Could hardly blame him now!

We don't need those kinds of 'supporters' ta very much. I thought we were better than this. He has done nothing wrong, never once during any of the recent Manchester Utd situation has he said anything against the club or the fans, never started whining or demanded to leave. Other players can use these situations to engineer a move. I know its a bit different but look at how Bale is behaving currently! Yes he wants to go, but hes behaving like an absolute spoilt brat and showing utter contempt and disrespect for all Tottenham fans. Now, if Fellaini behaved like that (or inexplicably goes onto), then by all means boo him, but he hasn't. He has acted with supreme dignity (thus far) and the guy is a class act. Some people should remember this and treat him the same before they decide to open their ill-advised cake-holes!

Good post mate.

At least five PL sides getting knocked out in the next round, with the possibility of another couple in the Swansea and Newcastle games.

Really should be looking to give this competition a proper go this year.

Bbc say 31 shots, 8 on target I think.

Just nowhere clinical enough.

I've no problems with our play. I think our forward line is poor

I think we'd had 8 shots off target before we had our first shot on target too.

It could be tough to get a striker in who would improve us this close to the end of the window without paying over the odds. Maybe we have to try and get more out of what we've got and wait until January?

Finnbogason has scored 30 in 35 for Heerenveen and is rated at £4-£5m by Celtic and Cardiff. He's only 24 and could be worth a punt.

It was the borough fans

Played well at times, we lack a striker big time tho.

Robles 7 Good save near the end, no fault for the goal not a lot to do
Hibbert 5 Poor Tony
Oviedo 7 Hes not Leighton Baines, but who the fck is, did alright IMO
Stones 7 Not a great deal to do
Distin/Jags 7 See above
Heitinga 3 Fck me
Osman 3 See above
Naismith 7 Did alright I thought
Barkley 9.5 Better than Pele
Barcalid 9.4 Pele like
Kone 2 Utter tosh

Coleman 7 Few little runs, hes quite boss
Fellaini 10 Gonna miss you big man

Little harsh on Heitinga there for me tbh. Too generous for Osman, and Kone for me gets a minus six thousands for his 'performance' out there tonight.

In 120 minutes of football at home, with all of the possession/passing we had, we managed just 2 goals against League One Stevenage Borough...

That is just unacceptable to me personally like.

we could have lost mate, cups are ****ed
bring it on fulham, another day, another fight.

This.

Although I suspect Martinez may use it to give the fringe players a bit more game time.

Goat?

everton currently remind me of the sas in that film 'whoops apocalypse ' .... losing 11 men in the battle , but being happy the wax work dummies lost 28.none the less of the absurdity of it , i have to beleive its a colossal victory !!!

this team would have trouble penetrating a £5 hooker with a pocket full of £50 notes imo.

gerard and barkley were our only sense of cutting edge and drive. the defense did there small job ok . the rest performed like a scotttish league 1 team.

report card: needs to improve and must try harder
