Something to look forward to after my holiday in Crete - a trip over the river to West London (y)

I think I'm going to enjoy our away games more than the home games if every team is going to park the bus on Goodison Park
 
Whatever money Martinez gets to spend by next Monday night, I think I'd rather see him throw the lot at another forward. I think we might be that gummy up front it'll be our undoing.
 

I don't really know what to say! Stevenage wanted it more and looked like the premiership team. We played possession football and had nothing much in the final third (when we got there) It's shocking that Deulofeu was creating most opportunities and taking the initiative along with Barkley. Well done to them, they put Osman and Naismith to shame. We was fortunate to score when we did in the first half, I thought the whistle was about to go during the build up to it. To go to extra time with Stevenage is poor, it disappoints me. We should have been cruising a game like this but we made it hard for ourselves somehow. Got to improve. Really must improve.
 
I've gotta say, the ball moved a lot quicker along the backline i thought. we actually looked a bit better system-wise. Better players would make more of it. Encouraging in that regard.

Yep think that is obvious to everyone its going to be a long old season where we reflect on missed opportunites unless bobby can do something about it in the next 5 days. Lets hope the board back him with some money regardless of the felli/baines situation
