Has the poll result changed when no-one was looking ?

I'm talking about in regards to the number of posts in here. The gap in the poll has closed and I'm pretty sure @chicoazul did a poll which showed the majority wanted him in? And you know why? This poll was started after arguably our worst result/performance of the season. Chico's was started when we were winning games.

Internet polls are inaccurate.

Think we should have a poll on that.

With the players/squad we currently have there's absolutely no excuse for us not to be challenging for European places. If that doesn't happen next time around then he's gone.

The Gareth Barry obsession has to be binned, as does the notion we need 2 holding midfielders in every home game.

How many voted in the poll you like (which didn't have a change vote option) compared to this and did the same posters vote in each ?

No idea. My point is you can't use them as a basis for an argument because there are too many variables, like when was it posted, who bothered to vote, who bothered to change their vote etc.

Some people on here are sounding like Geordies and Kopites the sense of we should win every game because we are Everton is just so funny
We talk about going to the like of Villa and 3 pts should be a formality, we only have to turn up tickle their belly and come away with the points in the bag.
The sense of expectations is beyond belief, the reality pills need to be swallowed on a more regular basis as this belief of we are a team that regularly plays European football is getting more laughable by the day.
There are 6 clubs above us who outspend us on a regular basis, we cannot keep up with these clubs.

No doubting this season has been poor, and we need to improve but the type of club we are every manager will be a gamble....and not may want to come to us as it can be a poisoned chalice

Is there not an argument that although we beat the mighty burnnley with 10-men it wasn't all that good of a performance? And despite victory changes were warranted. No one deserved to be dropped from last week, no one.

Yes there is, a good one which goes against "You don't change a winning team" as being an absolute which is applicable 100% of the time.

You change a winning team when the next match after deems it neccesary.

We beat QPR, then changed that winning team to beat Southampton last month.

And i'm pretty sure Martinez doesn't simply pick his teams on who deserves to play after the previous game, there's way more too it and many varying reasons why players play in 1 game then not the next.
