Next season: if by the January window we're playing turgid stuff and midtable we need to look at this closely. Never in a million years before that point though.

I know there's a load of fickle people out there who'd have had him out by Christmas this season, but they're thankfully a lunatic minority.

That as I see it Dave would be a very bad time for a manager change. Now don't jump on me over this but really think on about sacking some one and then trying to get some one in during the January window. Did you mean sack before the window opens or as ti closes? Possibly the worst time to change IMO if it was looking bad and RM was still here then I think end of November would be sensible.

Hull - 1st of January.
Congratulations, you're go right to the top of the fickle list.
Not arsed what your opinion on what constitutes fickle is Dave, we were shocking that day and it was our 4th roll over on the spin.

We've still only won 1 league since btw pal, and we were lucky that afternoon.

I'll wager he won't be Everton manager come next Jan 1st btw.......and we could have had a year under someone else's watch by then.........

Palace and West Brom did ok doing it that month.

Anyway, it's poor form talking about an incumbent Everton manager being sacked. It's disrespectful, and it isn;t going to happen anyway.

We'll get it right next season, you mark my words.

We wont improve until he starts dropping his faves, Howard Baines Barry Naismith all been shocking week in week out but get picked no matter what. The formation also isnt helping especially at home to teams not interested in attacking. On current form
Robles
Coleman Stones Jagielka Garbutt
Besic
McCarthy Barkley
Lennon Lulaku Mirallas

I am confident we wont see that front 3 though whilst Naismith is fit.

Most knowledgable manager in football. A gentleman and scholar.

The plotters wanted Pulis in.

Lol.

Dave you have already been asked about that and not only by me. To which you did not respond. I will say again I have no recollection of anyone saying get that jerk in. Now where was it said and by whom that we should get Pulis in?
