A wee comment in there. Approach the next game with a fresh approach. This is laughable coming out with remarks like that, how about we should have had a fresh approach about 8 games ago!
the problem is we did change it, West Ham in the cup and city. We mixed it up, articles came out about the players going to the manager for clear the air talks and saying they wanted to play a bit more direct. He obviously knocked that on the can and then brought in this absolute bullshyt 3 defensive midfielders thing which leaves us creating barely anything of note whilst amazingly still not being able to track runners and people cutting through us via 3 passes.

Everton have lost their last two games 2-0 and Martinez insists his side deserved better from their trips to the Emirates Stadium and the Britannia Stadium.

“They don’t deserve that,” Martinez said.

“It is incredible when football is not going to give you anything back.

“When you look at the performances against Arsenal and Stoke, to have those scorelines is heartbreaking.

The fella has lost the plot, honestly.

Sack him now for the sake of his mental health, worried for him here.

Make no mistake, if and when we get through the next few games and find ourselves in this position (14th with a big gap of 6 points in hand) then Martinez will not be going anywhere.

Kenwright stood by Moyes when he took us to 17th, he will easily do the same with a manager who gave us the record points total of last season and has us at 14th.

You can scream and stamp your feet like the child you are all you want, but that ^^^ is the unalloyed truth of the matter.
One difference moyes had a poor squad,Martinez has the best squad I've known since I've supported everton,it's nothing less than a total disgrace where he's got us at the moment.Ive got not faith in him and won't have anymore he's never taking us to champions league unless he flukes a win this year with the Europa.I can't see him getting us in Europe again, totally clueless. But I must agree he won't be going yet even though I think its time.

Is that the best squad last season he took to a record points total and 5th in the league? That one?

Oh yeah, he defo cant 'get us anywhere' with them.

Dave, read his comments, the fellas gone, his head is all over the place, the fellas got a young family, think of him David, hes not a well man.

So it's 'significant' now, as long as you're not moving the goalposts to suit your argument, all is well my fellow:).
I'm just saying what I see and hear.

Where's the big media story over this? There is none. You can say there is if you like, but there is no evidence of it.

As I said, it's a lot of hysteria on Everton forums and pretty much **** all else at the moment.

What's he said?

Let him go David, think of his family.

72 points one season. probably 38 this season.

Which one reflects the man's abilities?

You decide.

Both do, therein lies the problem. We saw the best of his methods last season and havn't this season.
OK, this season has been poor for all sorts of reasons, but it's a hell of a drop in standards.

I think he can turn it round, but only if he admits his mistakes to himself. I don't expect him to come out in public and say it's been dog-shoite, that's not in his nature, but he needs to learn from this season. We're not a club who can afford to go out and buy five or six players who have the technical ability to play in the way he's trying to at the moment, so, mostly, he has to coach and manage with the level of players we've already got.

He's a manager, like any manager he has to find the way to get the best out of his people. At the moment, he ain't doing that, and people can say the players aren't working for him and all the rest of it, but, again, it's his job to make sure they're 100% with him

QPR play their game in hand vs Spurs on Saturday.

A win for QPR will close the gap between Everton and the relegation zone from 6 points to 3 points.
