I am glad we won but as I said before the 1st half was woeful, the 2nd was different because the players got at them, wished Rom had hit the empty net and we would have had a 2 goal advantage. However my post to Paul was a rhetorical question.

Totally agree with this. I,m reserving judgement until after Sunday. I'm made up we won and deservedly so in the end, but after watching a season of crab football in the League its going to take a lot more to convince me than just the performance tonight. What tonight did show me though was that some of the players for what ever reason havent really been putting a shift in at all. It was like watching two different teams tonight, pre equaliser and post equaliser .

Balance of play?

Not sure what you are seeing im not. The support again tonight - the incredibly poor opening half hour - Baines on TV - Lukaku interview. The evidence stacks up and up and up.

The job is to big for the manager - Alcaraz was played this time last year over the park and stuffed up the same as tonight - who learns? The player in his mid 30's or the manager that starts him?
