The WC is made for Roberto. They have the quality and he's comfortable with the bold approach you need in a cup competition; Southgate will, like most other England managers, be caught like a rabbit in headlights.

Same. It improved though since the recent ones have to work, get taxed and receive a much smaller amount of money. You do still get the occasional outrage from the most problematic royal since he's lost his endowment. Roberto Martinez is the reason Belgium aren’t considered favourites. Courtois, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Kompany, Dembele, Naingollan, De Bruyne, Mertrns, Hazard, Lukaku. Any competent manager has those players sbdvtgetd probably be joint favourites with France. As it is I fancy England to take them.

Maybe. Depends if he has the stones to pick a squad for 2 and 4 years time imo. Reckon most England supporters give him a free pass for this one, after the development and success of the younger age groups. Get the feeling with Belgium that this collection of players is a once in a generation thing.

The players they have, absolutely. The concern, from what I have read/picked up, is that they are a great group of players, (only a fool would dispute that), but not, yet, a team.
Most of their starting side would get in any WC squad. Easily.
