Look, it´s insane, but in premier league today the going rate for a winger who scores 10 goals a season is around 20 mil. If reports are correct we´re getting this lad for around 12. That´s a snip mate. Just look at how much Liverpool payed for a player of similar "value" in Wijnaldum. 25 mil.

If Joe Allen has only just moved to Stoke for £13m, then in all honesty Arnautovic for a similar fee isn't a shabby deal to be fair.

He had a reasonably fair return of goals and assists last season, is physical (and tall) and a bit of snide about him that we've lacked for a while.

Would he be starting all the time? Doubt it, but I would happy to have him on the bench or working as part of a rotation system.

God knows we need snide after three years of Martinez holier-than-thou boyscouts.
