Post getting carded I would agree mitrovic will get extra for that, but if he had turned round and walked straight down the tunnel, is one that much worse that the other?
My point was the both pushed the ref neither were particularly hard pushes, one saw no action taken the other got a red before you could blink.
Honestly I think he’ll get hammered for his afters but just my personal opinion I felt mitrovic was worse .

Fernandes should have been punished and i’m certainly surprised he got away with retrospective action , however I can differentiate between the two . Fernandes was trying to continue the play and perceived the assistant to be in his way , I’m not excusing it but putting it in perspective. Mitrovic lost his head , barged the ref and seemed to be shouting in his face . Neither is acceptable but one is definitely worse than the other for me .
Exactly you knew it was bad with Mitrovic when an opposition player (De Gea) and Fulham coach (Boa Morte) quickly ran on to the scene to try and get him away.

Just watched the 'minute of madness' commentary on the BBC website on the game with Vicki Sparks commentating. What should have been a career defining moment every commentator dreams of, she had somehow managed to make completely sterile. The lack of interest/excitement when Silva and then Mitrovic is sent off is something to behold.

That's a shame. I like her usually because she generally has less to say about herself than some of the Oh My Word brigade.

Mitrovic wouldn’t have even got a yellow if he was wearing a United/Liverpool/Arsenal/Chelsea/spurs shirt.

Silva wouldn’t have got a card if he was a manger of any of those clubs.

It’s corruption and trying to excuse it is just sad.

I agree wholeheartedly on silva , I disagree on Mitrovic .

If you think I’m defending or delusional Regarding the obvious bias in football then you aren’t reading a lot of my posts .
