After Burnley there were loads , not as much now.

Is that apathy kicking in?

Apathy, ennui, denial.....all round disillusionment.

We are now in our own private purgatory.

Silva is a dead man walking.....we will go through the motions for another week or two before the axe falls.

Then we face the now seemingly annual hunt for a replacement.....all kinds of big names talked about before Mark (I have never been relegated, me) Hughes or Eddie Howe or Sean Dyche is appointed and the path to the Championship is paved with the cobblestones round Bramley Moor Dock

The irony is we will play better against teams we are not expected to beat. Which raises questions about players mentality and tactics as well.

I don’t hate him as such.

He seems a likeable enough fellow.....not a bugger like Sam or Koeman, easy men to hate.

I just hate the fact he is our manager....I hate the fact he was ever appointed in the first place.

I hate it that our current travails are all too predictable when a no mark like this is made manager of our great club.

Think because we genuinely do have a good squad which makes it just so much more infuriating

We aren't that good.
I think the keeper is ok the defence is ok and the midfield is ok but at the business end we lack quality. Put lukaku in our team from 3 years ago and you'll see a team capable of doing what Chelsea and leicester are currently doing but without that quality up top you get a team that just doesn't have quite enough

We have better quality than we show a lot of the time. And that's down to the coaching the manager and the players mentalities. They are mostly weak.
