It's pointless sacking him if there's no man in place to take over, so hopefully there's some movement behind the scenes. December looks horrific and we need to have more points on the board and some form before then.
So we appointed a Watford manager and hoping he is better than Fat Sam and that proves Silva is no better than him.
Why is he even getting Tuesday? What does beating Watford at home in a cup game even change.
We’ve never come from behind to win a game since he started
We have 40% overall win ratio
Lost 13 out of 24 away games
Won 5 out of 24 on the road
it’s damming
Any decent manager would know not to play siggy.
This joker should never have got near the Everton job nowhere near it.We will regret keeping this fella.

And for having a dreadful summer windowHe wont be sacked. The club have already shown they are content by retaining him thus far. Brands is as culpable as the manager for failing to replace him.
I guess it is all about opinion and some differ. Sometimes clueless players are at fault and not the manager. Of course someone else signed the players so the blame can be spread.I’m actually amazed, yet not amazed that some still want to keep him. Think that says quite a lot about some of the posters on here.
I think we're in agreement here, just coming at it from different angles.
The only way for this club to move forward is to appoint better manager than we have for the last few years.
I think if the club had somebody who fits that criteria then he might well have gone. But do you think we're saying to a Mourinho or Benitez or that ilk of manager 'we want you to be the next Everton manager but if Marco wins his next three games we'll stick with him, thanks.'?
It's for that reason why I'm hesitant to see him sacked because I'm not sure there's a plan in place and that simply isn't the solution. The club needs direction, it doesn't need a hit and hope appointment.

Mate you have to sack him to get an upgrade and that will not be very difficult.Which is a fair point, but sacking him isn't the solution people think it is. Upgrading, yes. Simply sacking him, no.
