Yes. We need to.

No more of a gamble than the Howe, Rodgers shouts etc. We need a young hungry manager who can help reunite the club and find our identity again because we are in a bad place and have completely lost our way.

You were making a case for Eddie Howe, the fact is that every single manager we have had, who we deemed not good enough, have all managed to finish higher than him.

Im sure you will counter with "Bournemouth", but what metric determines that Bournemouth should ALWAYS finish below Everton?

Well Howe left Bournemouth for Burnley a bigger club at the time, had a disaster abs headed back to little old Bournemouth with his tail between his legs. Ask your self why another bigger club haven’t took a chance on him.

At least silva is backing himself to work at a higher level. Or he would have gone back to Hull or Portugal after Watford.

If you are in the Silva in or out camp it matters not when a decision is made.

Moshiri doesnt take failure , we all dont need any more proof of that.
Does he gamble and wait till we are in a relagation scrap and have to bring in a fire fighter as no credible manager would come near us , or does he pull the trigger .

He will be sounding out the right candidates right now as any good businessmen would do.
He will protect his investment at all costs.

I have no doubt the moment a Mourinho or Allegri etc flashes his eyelashes they would be brought in and Silva would be gone.

I wanted him gone after the Millwall fiasco but have backed him as I would any manager ( bar Fat Sam) and hoped he had learned , but we are no better now than then as the Sheffield utd proved.

Moshiri stated last season the position we were in was unacceptable and if anything he will have hardened his views.

IMO he will be gone after the Burnley game no matter what the result and a new manager installed in the International break.
