If West Ham end up with Fonseca and we get Silva, it’ll be a bit of a slap in the face for me. Silva still took Hull down, might have taken them down with a bit more fight but still. Done ok with Watford for a few months before results went bad and got sacked. He hasn’t even had a good 6 months over here. We have a chance of doing something a bit different, getting a well respected, attacking coach that’s managed at the top level and performed well in the Champions League. And he could end up at West Ham whilst we get someone that’s been relegated and sacked in the space of 6 months or so.

I think he could be a great manager. He is only 40. Any players that have worked under him have nothing but praise.
That is all fine and dandy, players can say how much they like a coach, but if we are not challenging to Top 4 or Top 6 then I don't care if he is as nice as Mr. Rogers. From what I have seen from his style he has offense but no defense... letting in 80 goals... sounds like another Martinez.

I hope he can come in and work on the profile of the club and get us playing some good togger in a similar way to Pochettino and Klopp but win something.

Agree with all of this to be honest..
