I can understand Moshiri wanting to meet the guy and be assured by him and Brands that he's the right man for the job. But no way should he be selecting candidates.

It's like when Dave argues that Silva was just being given players with no input into even their position or attributes, I wondered why any manager would stay in a job where they were being set up to fail like that. If Brands isn't allowed to control the football side of things, when his services are quite highly rated in the football world, why would he stay in that job?

Esk is a clown Mata is ours says it all. The agreed strategy wasn’t working. Silva wasn’t working I have said he was unlucky with injury. An the joke Koeman signing that are still in are squad an offer very little.

That said tho his record when we went behind there is no excuse for that shows him up as a poor manager that would never have took us forward. So a new strategy is needed an hopefully this time we manage to find the right man for the job.
