Ive voted for keep him. Thats solely based upon us having Gomes/Gbamin out and only having Sigurdsson/Schneiderlin/Delph available who are all dreadful.

Alot of people wanted him gone before the break in Jan yet he turned things around.

If we could get Marcelo Gallardo from River Plate id do the deal though.

So you think our results this season are due to not having Gbamim (who could be anything) and Gomes who has missed a few?

I'm off the fence he needs to go. Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is madness. We look awful as bad as when he took over. He needs to go.

How do we play a strong midfield with these players without going for 2 DMs though?

Im not sure we can. If we had signed Doucoure then its a different ball game but weve not got the players for it yet.
Why would Schneiderlin behind Delph and Davies going box to box be that much worse?

I saw what you said about Gbamin and Gomes but why wait to change to that when what we have isn't working? I like Gomes but I don't see him being some game changing powerhouse and what we've seen from Gbamin thus far suggest it'll take time for him to really click too.

He won't be but for me, he has to be sacked.

I want us to stick with a manager for the long term, but not the wrong one. He's shown absolutely nothing this season. It's all going wrong and he's sat on his hands playing the same formation with the same cross and hope for the best tactics and the same woeful set piece defending.

I am struggling to think how anyone could do a worse job with the players we have.
Exactly it's Martinez -esque. It's not acceptable. I don't care what injuries he's had he needed to try different things and he hasn't.

ALL SO PREDICTABLE WHAT HE WOULD SAY

Everton boss Marco Silva speaking to Sky Sports:
"When you lose a football game it is always like that [disappointing]. I think we did more than our opponent but they are always a difficult team to play against. First half we were the better team on the pitch.

"The game was balanced and after 55-60 minutes the second yellow made things more difficult on the pitch. From set pieces they were more brave than us. We have to be more brave.

"It is important to keep the faith in ourselves. Of course it is not easy for them [the fans].They want more and deserve more and it is up to us to stick together.

"The position we are in the table is not our image. The details are playing against us. Everything starts now, we have all the games to change but the next game at home we must win."

We are playing Burnley you absolute fraud

Zonal marking on top of this 4231 or whatever it is he plays is so predictable.
Other Managers read us like a book. Our Manager is our weakness.
One dimensional tactics. No willingness to adapt to help the players in a system that isn't working.

Under Silva, the opposition manager can work out his game plan in preseason and forget about us, we're that predictable.

I tried to stay positive over him but we're heading into deep trouble under Silva now. I joked that Marco Silva was Portuguese for Walter Smith with my old man... my apologies to Wally, I should have said it was Portuguese for Mike Walker.

WHAT FAITH, YOU'RE PLAYING WITH THE SAME SYSTEM THAT LOST US 4 GAMES IN A ROW MAN.
