He's got a 32% win rate at three different Premier clubs..

Are you just blindly hoping he will be able to get it up to 40-45% with the financial situation we are in??

He is incapable of sorting a strong defensive unit

Persisting with a manager with such a low win percentage leads only to the championship

I couldn't care less about this season's position, tbh. We wont fall below this and we'll probably end up 9th.

The most important thing is that Silva has this season under his belt and we can then see what he does to put us right.

We HAVE to make a stand as a club to keep a manager and give him time. We cant afford more churn.

Theres every chance we could finish 13th really Dave, so my question to you is, would you retain him if we finished 13th?

I think thats a bit much personally.

Im still 50/50 on whether he gets next season, im gonna be needing him to claim a scalp in the next 8 games and win more than we lose.
