I don’t disagree with we should be beating these. But ‘crisis’ and ‘utterly disgusted’ are just embarrassing.

I expected a fully motivated side after Watford reported our club over tapping up Silva. If someone slurs your business in public you put that firm in it's place.

We should have been 1st to everything and won comfortably. 4 or 5 nil.

Instead we fluke a draw against a couple of taxis worth of small club fans, who brought plastic children's toys with them.

With the 2 best teams in the league up next.

Merry Christmas.

Barcode game was just them defending well to snatch a point.

This game tonight we were out battled over the park especially the 2nd half.

We've got quality and can hurt teams. But there's not much fight in them if needed.

We looked laboured and lethargic against Newcastle and they let us play it around until we got in dangerous areas then they closed us and hit us on the break.

Losing a bit of faith here. RS away not his fault. Newcastle home I think he made unnecessary changes to the lineup. It’s a crap performance and we can’t threaten Newcastle much. Watford home - things does not work since we scored the first goal. Far too late to make subs, he should react when the tactics did not work. We invited the opposition to come to us.

I expect 2 home wins out of this. It is really a bad return. We can’t keep drawing these average teams at home. The turning point was like when Pickford made that schoolboy error.

And then we´ll win a couple of away games over Christmas and the faith will return. We´ve got a new manager here and a good squad of players. Nothing spectacular in our ranks compared to the quality teams have in the top 6. It was always likely to be an up and down season.

We weren’t amazing 2 weeks ago and we’re not terrible now, get a grip of yourselves.

We’re a decent team and when we click we can look very good, but when we don’t we’ll struggle. If you expected us to finish higher than 7th this season you’re an absolute idiot, it’s nearly half way through the season and that’s where we are, so what’s the matter?

Maybe if you stopped convincing yourselves we were heading to the champions league every time we almost got a point at a big away ground you’d handle these results better you bunch of whoppers.

It´s a sad reality that we need to unearth some absolute gems in the transfer market or these players need to develop into world class talents for us to improve. It´s a good squad of players but realistically not many of them would start a bidding war from the top teams in the league if they became available.

We are playing exactly how you´d expect a team in our position to. Inconsistent but generally picking up enough points/doing enough to keep things ticking over.

We aren’t going to win every game lads, it’s a competitive league.

Credit to Watford in the second half they were very good.

We look a bit one paced to me and a bit similar to the way we played under Martinez in his second and third season.

We had a good run, but we’ve dropped some points at home you would expect to win.

Let’s not all start knee jerking and getting on Silva’s back, it’s a new side and we are where we would all expect Everton to be so he’s not even slightly failing.

Was hoping 6th is up for grip before the RS match. It’s like the momentum was killed off when Pickford made that error.

Looks unlikely now we just have to get 7th though.

I’m a huge Silva fanned I said at the start of the season we would be boom and but and think we will be.

But he got his tactics badly wrong today and he didn’t react to what the game needed as it evolved, I think broadly we were very hubris tonight and got done.

I mean performances. We have had more bad displays than good this season which is similar to the the last couple of seasons. Not really good enough given the money spent.

Spending money is never a guarantee to success. If you look at the players we have, this is exactly where I would expect us to be with them.

You´ve got a starting XI with 2/3 goalscorers in it for starters.
