Okay mastermind.

What 'proper manager' do you want?

I'm not saying Silva is the best thing since sliced bread. He clearly has his faults. But what manager, that was available, would have come to Everton, for this 'mega money'.

Tuchel - PSG
Ancelotti - Napoli
Emery - Arsenal
Favre (who gets plenty of stick as well btw) - Dortmund

???
Ah, the 'what manager would come to Everton?' excuse. A manager that is given a huge salary and a budget to work with.

We're continually told of Moshiri's vision for Everton, let's start putting all this talk into action.

Btw, are Napoli some European powerhouse?

So why was koeman sacked why was Sam sacked
Because Koeman had been in the job 2 years and it was evident things were going down the pan. He looked like he wanted out he was sulking over the squad over Walsh not getting a striker when he had spent an absolute fortune. Big Sam say no more, half the games we won under him we should have lost. Everyone was saying we have a manager here who’s got a handle on things then a few poor results it’s hang him from the nearest tree. If we sack him this month we deserve everything we get as a fan base. Ffs the team we finished with last season and the players he’s signed is a big improvement . If we give it a bit of time it may improve some more with some rocky bits along the way. Everyone of Silva’s signings have been an improvement on last seasons dross. I know what you’re thinking though. Big Sam could turn this team into world beaters. We’ve got 16 games left there is time for us to find some form again.

Massive wage, managing in the premier league, yet we look for Southampton, Wigan, Watford managers.

It’s time to show some ambition.

Thing is though, regardless of who the manager is, the playing XI and style should be a club thing decided by the DoF. The manager should just train the players and make tactical changes in games.

If Brands has control like a DoF should then our starting XI and style should be set no matter the manager.

What is he supposed to say when hes asked if he will make signings...

And no, he wont be "gone soon enough".
Is the sign of a desperate manager.

His boss, Moshiri, said to his face that 11th is not good enough. At this rate, he'll probably finish lower than that. We've got 5 of the Top 6 still to play at home, meaning likely smashinga are coming our way, leading to discontent in the stands.

He ain't riding this out. He's a dead man walking here.

I'm watching crap football most weeks,we have no game plan no balance and a formation that is getting ripped apart, we have players that are gutless and the manager is not able to change things he seems to think that it will just happen, but yep let's leave it because it will be ok in the end.

Last season you were peddling that Rooney was the seat of all our problems, how’s that one worked out for you?
