I just hope he won't ever rest players like he did against the saints at League Cup. I was furious

I'm hoping it's x2. Tosun and Walcott need punting.

If we had two proper attackers to go with Richarlison and Bernard then we'd be scoring buckets full.

Two would be ideal.

But considering it feels like they forgot buying strikers was allowed one will do.

Interesting comments to Tim Cahill there..

Said that we need to appreciate the strikers we already have but he would always want more goals. Went on to say that him and Marcel have “already done our work” and that the board know their targets.

Looks like we’re prepared for the window.
That what gives me confidence for the future. We now have a proper DOF in place with a clear plan to take the club to the next level. Last summer saw us recruit Richarlison, Digne, Bernard, Gomes, Zouma and Mina. The first 5 have been undoubted successes, albeit two of them are only in loan. A similar success foray into the transfer market nest summer ( a centre forward- Neres right back - Wan Bissaka and a box to box midfielder - Dacoure) and we could really push for a place in the top 6.

Wouldn’t go near either of them

That run earlier in the season was pretty bad.But well done Marco. You turned it around.Im quietly optimistic, that we can give the top six a crack next season. We just need a bit more consistency, and a 20 plus goal a season striker. But things were looking bleak there a few months ago.But now we have reasons for optimism going forward.Oh and the statues look great. It's just a shame that both Howard and Bally weren't around to see them. But i think on a day when the club, unveiled a tribute to three of it's greatest players, and most iconic figures in it's history, then Everton not winning this game just wasn't an option.
