Sadly there are too many melons in the fanbase who still think this bloke deserves time and thus nothing will change.

Lads we need a united fanbase to get this fella out ASAP as things will only get worse.

The real question is - would you clear out any of the players Brands/Silva brought in? I wouldn't. It's not their fault the squad that they currently have. Coleman, Baines, Davies, Keane, Tosun, even Pickford, Walcott, these guys aren't good. Simple as that. It's going to take a couple more windows.

It’s silvas fault.

He does coaching, works on attacking and defensive plays, set pieces, analysing the opponents, identifying weaknesses vs strengths

Neither us nor he have progressed since 2012. Martinez had us playing well but bad transfers and a total disregard for defending flattened him.

Vaguely remember you suggesting not to get rid of Allardyce either. I can see why. This is worse.

....i was fine with moving Allardyce on because we needed to progress. I think we have brought some decent individuals in but we are tactically woeful.

Sadly, we haven’t progressed.

So you’d give this clown 100m to spend in the summer then.

Because that is what it comes down to.

This clown has inherited players that are not good enough, I'd give him a couple of windows more to try to shift them and get new players in. Sacking him isn't the answer and until we as fans learn that we will spiral down. Sacking Silva right now is basically going to cost us at least one decent players in the summer. Any manager with an ounce of sense isn't coming here looking at those players.
