You think Moyes would have sat there and let him make a show of us?

Could you imagine Poch or Emery letting the other do that in the north London derby? Or Mourinho or SAF let a rival manager do that in the Manchester encounters?

Thats just a small example of a big problem we have - absolutely no leader on or off the field.

I want to see my manager grab that gurning tit and drag him off the field, I want my captain on the pitch bollocking the players and getting in the oppositions faces.

Add in Moshiri's expected losses comment and its a grand old team led by mouses. Not an ounce of pride in anyone associated at present and anyone saying differently has simply had to many years under Kenwright and church mouse Jags to remember what having leadership really looks like.

You're right mate, we do lack leadership. However worrying about Klopp running on the pitch isn't whats missing. What is missing is why have we allowed players performances to fall off a cliff since that game. Thats what needs to be addressed.

I agree mate, im simply pointing out the manner of their goal was heart breaking to the players enough without that clown rubbing salt in the wounds.

If I was a player and saw that I look to OUR manager on the touchline and if I see him take no nonsense I think "this fella gives a damn he's got our backs" but sad sack was stood there with his usual lost a fiver and found a pound demeanour.

You are @EverBlue92 though yeah mate?

Personally it didn’t bother me him running onto the pitch. It’s not like he was doing a lap of honour, holding a scarf in the air is it. He just got a bit over excited. He’s a passionate fella, big deal.

In todays pre match interview Silva looked shot and on borrowed time. If I hear ANOTHER in this MOMENT and in THAT MOMENT I will despair even more. No fear from the manager in the heads of the players.

All of our recent managers have had an annoying catchphrase.

Pop quiz everyone. Name that phrase and manager.

Heres one for all you Blues. SWAP Duncan Ferguson for ROY KEANE in the dug out. Probably never happen. BUT players would take note very quickly !!!!

He’s an awful member of staff wherever he’s been though? Manager, assistant, coach. Awful.

But get what you mean. Character yes. Actual good at job. No.

We're still within toughing distance of 7th place.Sure Silva needs to buck up his ideas. But if we finish 7th, then that will be the minimum expectation fulfilled.
