My biggest criticism of Brands is that when he came here the one glaring fault in our first team squad was a lack of pace. 2 years down the line the biggest problem with our first team squad.....A lack of pace!!!!

The other glaring fault was a RB. We’ve needed one for years. They came up with Sidibe.....the following summer, they bought no one.....
It’s decisions like these which separate 9th from 14th....

I like Brands and hope he gets a new deal here, but the RB issue needs solving in January. We cant go the rest of the season with just Coleman. He’s more than good enough, but that doesnt help if he’s out 1/3 of the season. Translates to a lot of points lost.
