Some decent ones wouldn´t go a miss either. Managed to spend hundreds of million assembling a squad of players who´ve got us in 17th place in the league. People can slate the manager all they want (and I do too) but people are deluding themselves if they think a new manager shoots us up the league.

Yeah, and none of them are performing. As I said, this isn´t all the manager´s fault. We are putting in some shocking displays on a week by week basis and the players have to take responsibility for that.

Well they are performing aren't they: Mina is playing really well, Bernard was playing really well, Iwobi was starting to flourish before being forced to play out wide again etc.

I know we just drew at home and lost Gomes but take a step back and just think logically. The team is low on confidence and not playing well but to say we don't have any decent players is just being thick.

Silva situation is the big one for Brands. He lets him continue, he turns it round and we all look like tits.
Lets him fester even longer as he drags us down the table before a replacement is brought it.
Has had something lined up all along.
Gambles on us getting through the season and turfs him in the summer.

We have a lot of decent players. That is the very problem, the squad is filled with players who aren´t anything more than decent. Even Iwobi and Bernard have been putting in average performances but it looks a lot better because we´ve been so poor.

We aren´t 17th in the league purely because of Silva. The problems run much deeper than that.

I know right, can't believe he didn't have the foresight to plan for 3 massive injuries.

We needed three replacements before any injuroes, because his first choices have been so 'kin rubbish this summer.

There's two windows each season. He needs to get into this January and spend.

This feller is a disaster for us.

The signings are unacceptable. He buys with some pony Eredivisie team mindset.

This is the PL, the big time. This feller cant handle it.

I would give Brands one more season imo mate - good first summer awful one just gone. Next 2 windows will seal his fate in my eyes as hes 50/50. He deffo gets off scott free in many peoples eyes like.

Silva for me has to go now or we are in trouble.
