Lol. Weve been crap for 25 years - im hardly going to let it affect me lol.

I think the apathetic approach to awful players, useless managers, dire DOF compounds our dismal culture of the last quarter of a century.

As supporters I think we give our club the best chance to compete again at the highest levels is if we show our disgust and demand
better - not show blind faith and accept mediocraty and worse.
 
Personally still on the fence about him,the players he has brought in have been decent,but there needs to be a Kante or such like,a player thats under the radar,I also expected a DOF to make a clean sweep of the whole academy/youth set up,which he may still do but it seems rather neglected as a way to set up a long term project

A 2 year transfer ban will kind of put wholesale changes on the back burner.

Yes a get that part,but I mean more in a style or formation of playing,at the minute it just seems a mishmash,I suppose there will be a need for changes to take effect,as I said Im on the fence until there is real progress
