Thats a wind up, surely.

That said, its Mericans after all. @anxiouswarrior
I would not take any notice of this nonsense from American fans, the big issue is that the United fans have had enough of Glazers nobody wanted them at Old Trafford in 2005 and Fergie made a big mistake when he backed them and told the fans they were wrong for the original green and gold protests , they have been appalling owners have invested very little of their money in the club , they have no dialogue with the fans and left the stadium in a state of disrepair , in short they are nothing but rancid parasites and we want them to sell up and good riddance to them

The stadium was talked about yesterday, by journos, not fans, and it was quite an eye opener. Its been years since I have been there, but the impression was that it hasnt even had a fresh lick of paint for 20 years.

Must be heart breaking, cos all rivalries aside, its an iconic football ground.

You have to go back to 1991 when Man Utd were part of the G6 that threatened uefa with a breakaway league if they didn't change the European cup into an expanded champions league. A trick they repeated every 3 years or so, to gain ever more revenue.

Maybe the glazers are bad owners, but they are just reaping what your club sowed 15 years earlier.

1991 i am not sure it was that year but yeah i agree all the big rich clubs have threatened this for years and its wrong , the issue though is the Glazers are bad owners and they have no respect for the fans , thats why we want them to leave

Trouble is, swap them for what/who? Not many benevolent folk around who could buy them out for what, £3 Billion, give or take. Forget the fairy stories about fans owning the club. Maybe some decision making input on minor stuff, but thats it.

yeah you are correct there , but you can find better people than them for sure

The state of the ground notwithstanding, (shocking btw), what exactly is it they are so hated for? Tangible stuff.
They have put none of their own money in the club , they have stuffed their family onto the board, even though money as been spent the managers have not really been backed , they have no rapport with the fans, they have put the club in debt , they are very devious and have concept of Manchester United they are there purely to make money and its so wrong all of it

So, back on topic after kebab, what penalty will ManUre incur as they failed to ensure that all necessary safeguards were in place for the playing of a Premier League game on the appointed date?

What will be the financial kick-back given the USA and Asian TV companies have paid for that game to be screened live by them at that time yesterday and they received Zilch. That 'kick-back' would ultimately go down the line as follows (I believe) USA/Asian TV companies - Sky (or BT, I don't know which one was scheduled to screen the game) - Premier League - ManUre.

Any kind of 'force majeure' defence should be instantly kicked into touch.

Amazing how just two weeks after the supposed biggest crime in English football that sky have pretty much airbrushed any mention of the super league out of anything to do with the protests. Their pundits are avoiding mentioning it where possible as well. They’ve all obviously had the call that their prized assets are back and not to rock the boat and damage the product any more.

No people might moan and have a go a go at United fans but it should be known that 99 per cent of United fans never wanted this filth near our club , they have put no money of their own into the club , spent nothing on the stadium and took millions out of the club , they have tried underhand schemes to make super leagues which very few United fans agree with they are vermin
This is your super hero Gary Neville:

Agreed. My view is that they are the root of the Super League issue. If they thought that they would get the rights they would be slobbering all over it.
Currently not wanting to rock the boat hence the pathetic sight of their presenters with a foot in each camp.

Thats ultimately all its about - Utd, RS and Arsenal fans not happy with the power turning in football to the likes of City and Chelsea even Leicester

YANKS OUT!
WE WANT DIC!
WE WANT DIC!
This is what the idiots fail to understand.
For someone to sell an asset they need someone to be able to buy it.
United is valued at circa £3 billion. Not to many people have that amount
of money swirling about during a global pandemic. The one's who do
are the Saudi sovereign wealth funds. Yes the Arabs.
How I would laugh if that came to pass. They need to be careful
what they wish for. They also forget that the only reason the Glazers
got their hands on United was due to Alex Ferguson and his argument
with the then owners of United over the breeding rights of a racehorse which
he comprehensively lost. United owned by dirty Arabs, funded by oil wells.
How ironic would that be?

I remember seeing the board members on a list recently. Was quite bizarre.
