Manchester City's Sham Trial

Maybe they are Dave, but if you believe they're doped to the level of Man City then I don't know what to say. They've had the biggest turnover of any PL club until recently, and even now they're only behind the RS on recent figures. They're just not that big Dave. 15 years of success is not enough to propel a club to that height of earnings. Just look at Chelsea, who have never had a turnover of £600 million, yet Citeh are raking in £800m + this year? My arse!

Look, either way, I'm not that arsed tbh mate. I'd find it amusing if they got slammed, and given our recent woes, I'd like to see the rules applied fairly. I'm not even sure the rules are fair, but allowing nation states to own clubs definitely means something needs to be done. We might as well all pack in now if the Saudi's get to spend freely out of their 1 trillion +.GDP

If they'd been allowed to spend what they want, then we wouldn't be having this conversation. However, whether you believe the rules are right or wrong, they're still the rules. The rules other clubs have been punished under, as we well know.

The answer is to level the playing field not to just scalp the worst 'offenders' and leave the whole rigged system in situ.

When people call for City to be punished they have to understand that it means nothing and will change nothing: it's just a ruling that no matter what will never be used on Liverpool or United who tell the PL what the rules are. THAT is the real disgrace and corruption here.

If City 'get off' with this I'll laugh me bollocks off at the guaranteed rage-athon among that lot...a club fanbase who KNOW they've been doping financially and medically for years and years.

It's just a bit too much 'old news' now for me to care about what the RS say. In fact, they'd just make themselves look like utter tits (once more) celebrating some imaginary title win from 5 years ago.

Far far to much of your time is spent caring about the filth.
Odd mate, very odd...

I doubt anything much will happen to City in the grand scheme of things, probably a few points deducted and a huge fine, like 100 million or something but that will only amount to about a week income for him.

I heard they'll be fined 1 million barrels of oil.
