Managerial change positives

Surely people aren't still saying there are none. It's a brave new day for Everton. Until we appoint Nuno.

We need a disciplinarian, a fitness guru, a manager who plays to our strengths, not a seventy-year-old who mollycoddles.

Need to get the mix right really, some players need an arm around them whilst others need to be slapped in the face hard with some home truths. But yeah, we do need someone who will push the players with tough training and fitness routines, do player even still go out on 'cross-country' runs and do 'hill' work and the like anymore? Playing to our strengths is a must, I don't like the idea of using systems etc. that players aren't suited to.

Ancelotti turned out be a snake of the highest order and has now gone.

It proves the wise old saying is correct, be careful what you wish for.
How is he a snake? Because he left us for Real Madrid? Probably the biggest club in world football.

Or did he do something else that I missed?

No more horrendous kick off routine of Michael Keane lofting it up to Dcl which goes out of play and within 1 min the opposition have had 4 corners ,no more ridiculous set piece routines, players who might actually run around and hopefully a coach who can change a game if the back 4 are just passing to each other very slowly

Better getting compensation for him now than sacking him in November and having to pay up his contract
