the vote is quite telling as I recall being one of only a handfull that didn't want him... infact the forum was 95% PRO MARCO

how things have changed
That can't be right. 95% were pro sacking Allardyce but not for this guy. Moshiri picked him based on a few gung-ho wins at Hull and Watford. We now have a Director of Football, who can surely identify someone with a decent track record who wants to manage us.

No, but Silva needs to be dominant and vocal in telling the fan's, and players, that things MUST change.

Or he could, like, make the changes himself. The drab 4-2-3-1 hasn’t worked in months yet he keeps rolling it and the same cowardly players out each week.

No doubt he’ll keep doing the exact same thing though, as he’s Bobby 2.0

I am as frustrated as you. I've supported us for over 50 years and totally fed up with how we are playing..
I just feel we've had too many changes recently and we need a period of stability.
If we were after stability we should have appointed a proven old head instead of a maverick club hopper.

@MarcelsGoat believes that marcel brands had a very big hand in hiring this fella

Let's change the manager every season. I'm sure that will do us the world of good. NOT.
I am totally frustrated but we need to give Brands and Silva time.

I would agree with you if he was showing to us that he is willing to try different things. He is not. It is the same players and formation week in week out baring the odd one change here and there. You can't keep picking the same 11 every week and giving the same instructions and just hope something miraculously changes.

It is clueless, directionless garbage at the moment and so either he has to change his approach (he has had plenty of chances to do so now) or we have to change him.

It is the latter now for me as we seem to have reverted to conceding soft goals from set pieces like the start of the season. That shows we are going backwards. No more. Get him out.
