Siggy is a huge disappointment. He keeps thinking backward. Rooney, Davies, Gueye have been very good. At least I see some life in our troops today. Maybe just maybe we are turning the corner. Not much in final third but I hope we will see more chances in the second half.

This is the first league game that Koeman has consistently asked players to get forward. It might be a bit too little too late. We don't really have anyone making meaningful runs besides Davies, and we have no player on the pitch that can get behind the back line.

in a game like this where we are big underdogs and getting pushed back i wouldnt play sigurdsson, but rather someone with pace. maybe ramirez in sigurdssons position.

After the last two games that was a huge difference. Almost looked like a football team at points. Shame Davies was about 6 inches offside but good to see the lad getting in those positions.

Sigurddson on the left wing is useless, plus makes the partnership with Baines the slowest in the league . He needs to be more central and we need a LB with pace to bomb forward the way Martina is doing and Coleman usually does.

He hasn't been playing on the wing though.
