It's the inconsistency that frustrates. The shirt pull on the Man U player may be a foul but the same thing happens at every corner kick and is ignored 99% of the time. Also, it shouldn't be enough to make a grown man fall over. I know that the times i've had someone tug at my shirt, it hasn't sent me sprawling. Imagine your 5 year old son tugging at your sleeve to tell you he needs the toilet and you ending up poleaxed on the ground! If a shirt pull is a foul - and i think it should be, it's a cowards way of cheating - then it's a foul every time. For balance, i don't think Mount's shirt pull on Walker was enough to overturn the earlier penalty (not sure if it was a penalty in any case though).
As for Fulham, and the intelligence-free zone that is Danny Murphy (and Steph Houghton). They said that the defender who was pushed in the back, in the lead up to the penalty 'needed to be stronger.' Firstly, if you are pushed in the back you are most likely not expecting it and therefore have no chance to 'set yourself.' Secondly, the defender was in mid-air! What has he got to brace himself against? Absolute morons! It's their stupidy that annoys me the most (and the fact that no one challenges it). They all a trot out the standard phrases 'needs to be stronger' without ever thinking about the absolute drivel they are spouting.
