I think he has the tools to be ace, good crossing, reasonable pace, vision. His problem is finding the confidence and consistency to execute his ability in the best possible way. I believe a loan move until January will do him the world of good. We have Oviedo to play on the left now if Pienaar is injured. Get him back and ready to play for Pienaar's departure to AFCON.

He doesn't look quick enough for a winger, a position where you have to be able to beat a man/create an extra yard. That said, great cross and a decent finish, not writing him off.

I put awful but I dunno there is something there but he's inconsistent. Maybe with a good run of games and a bit of confidence he could come good. The jury is still out for me.

I was never a fan but he had a decent couple of games against Sunderland last year so there's something there.

I think he's going to be hampered by two things in the Premier League though in that he can't beat a full back with skill and runs like he's at least thirty metres underwater.

We'll see I suppose.

Said it before he's a player but he's not a premier league player. Would do better on the continent where the game is slower.

This he's too slow for the Prem is the biggest most unjustified myth out there. Having a footballing brain can compensate for any perceived lack of pace e.g dennis bergkamp, teddy sheringham, eric cantona etc etc. If you don't have the required level of technical ability that's different. Good players can play no matter what except Juan veron and Bily perhaps lol.

You have to be very good to compenstate for being slow in such a fast paced league, though. He isn't and he would do better in a league where he doesn't have to think faster than everybody else on the pitch.

He was immense against Sunderland in the FA cup last season. You can see he has some fantastic attributes but when he's bad.. Boy he's bad

correct, so we are saying he's not good enough for the prem, not that he's too slow.
