I think this gets announced Monday myself. Would be very surprised if an intelligent man like Martinez put himself in a position of saying something like that if it wasn't ironclad.

Which would mean this deal was always dependent on Drogba going to Chelsea and Lukaku was always going to be an Everton player this season. Only two questions remain for me - whether it's a loan or, if not, what is the fee.
