Fully agree, even give Kone number 2 if we have to - NEA - but if we get Rom, he HAS to be number 9.

I hope we do get Lukaku (I dont see it happening) but I am surprised Martinez hasnt looked at other options too, before pulling the trigger on a 20m player.

Although the quote on Sky Sports News site from Chelsea doesn't fill me with confidence... They can't go with only 2 strikers if they sell Rom

i reckon he'll add shurrle to his attackers list.

very odd though for a team with their finances and fighting on all fronts. i've heard bamford be mentioned as well, surely he's not close to lukaku ability wise yet.

if all this is true and we actually get rom for £18m, you have to think, what was the point in them buying him? different manager i suppose.
