they're are not gonna get a profit on a player they don't want

Spurs do it every window. Chelsea can sell lukaku for 25mil easily-- hes a top forward who would have plenty of options. Doubt they would though, just do a courtois and loan him out till they bring him into the side.

you up with modern football? when has chelsea worked like that? we get him for 10 if they don't want him

When was the last time Chelsea spent £15m+ on a young striker, who scores for fun in the Prem, and sold him for less than they bought him for?

Luky is going back to Chelski, no doubt about that. He has said it himself recently that he wants to be back next season and part of Jose's plans.

As for Remy, I proposed this guy a good few weeks ago as the replacement.

Aye I reckon Loïc Remy.

I'd second that, he's got no loyalty to Newcastle if something better comes along. Don't forgot with Chelsea they have to adhere to FFP so if they buy in players they will have to move some out! Depends how they see lakaku, IMO Jose doesn't see him as there No.1 CF or potentially world class anytime soon and Chelsea and Jose will want a world class NOW striker ASAP. If that is the case I think a deal around 15M could be done.

As for fletcher....seriously!? You think regular assaults on the top 4 are going to be accomplished with fletcher leading the line...jeez!! Haha.

It won't be popular but what about replacing Kone/Jelavic with Danny Ings of Burnley? Haven't watched much of the clarets this season but he seems to be scoring for fun and he is only 21, which is a much bigger plus point for him going forward. Grab him for a few million and he may be some prolific striker for us, or a Beckford. Either way better than Jelavic.

What's he like?

Be someone from outside England that the majority of us haven't heard of and he'll be written off as overpriced/crap before he kicks a ball in anger.

Benteke or Ishak Belfordil. With the latter I'd like us to get someone like Adebayor on a short term contract to ease him into life at this legue. With the former we just need to get some money together and bring him here. He's having a poor season so the competition won't be serious and his price would've surely dropped.
