i would be very surprised if he is are top paid player!

think he has done it as no one else came in (world cup scouts looking good teams anyway) so thought he could do one season with cahill!

Deals with Atlethico and West Ham failed due to terms no - id imagine hes on decent wedge wasnt he on something ridiculous at West Ham like 80.000 a week.

Yeah he was on 80 grand i think. I would guess he got a decent signing bonus and possibly 40 to 50 grand a week from us.

As far as Neil goes, he is a first class ass, but a decent right fullback or central defender.
