Losing to Arsenal...would it be so bad?

If a loss to Arsenal handed them 4th over RS, would you be happy?

There's nothing bitter about it. It would just be hilarious to witness. Our season is over and has been for weeks, play the kids and piss of the neighbors.

It's in their hands, if they can't beat West Hams second string tomorrow they deserve fck all.

I guess there is 2 parts to this:

1. Do you actively want us to lose? versus...
2. Would you be fussed if we did lose?

Kinda hard to separate it mentally. It's a bit like putting a bet on Everton to lose so that way there is a "positive" outcome either way.

Like @d34noj said above, it's a nothing game, and RS have a lot more to lose from a 5th place finish
I want us to win, but if we lost- I wouldn't be devastated, I'd probably read RAWK and entertain myself for another 90minutes.

If Liverpool draw or lose tomorrow it is in Arsenals hands but I cant see Liverpool slipping. If they do and it comes down to us at Arsenal I would take any defeat needed by any score needed to keep them out of the CL.
Its nothing to do with bitterness its all about us becoming the dominant force in the City, them in the Champions league makes them stronger and harder for us to catch its not personal its business.

I think West Ham will destroy them tomorrow. ..theyve got wiff of what their stadium potentially can give them after that Spurs win. Think they will be in good spirits tomorrow.

...it's personal as well though.

Liverpool aren't going to do a damn thing in the Champions League next year, I am so fn sick of seeing Arsenal win the 4th place trophy. Beat the absolute piss out of them.

If Arsenal win all theirs, or win then draw, they could still pip them couldn't they?

..the Reds still have it in their own hands. At this point in time they are 1 point ahead of Arsenal having played the same number of games. Both have 2 to play, the Reds away to West Ham tomorrow and Boro' at home on the final day. Arsenal have two home games against Sunderland and us.

If the Reds win tomorrow you have to think they're top4 but if they drop points it's in the hands of the Gunners.
