Losing to Arsenal...would it be so bad?

If a loss to Arsenal handed them 4th over RS, would you be happy?

Isn't playing younger inexperienced players throwing the game mate?

Plus if your team go for it then the thing we established you didn't want to happen may happen.
No. It is giving them time at the end of the season when there is nothing to play for ;). I still want to see them perform and prove they are worthy of donning an Everton shirt

I guess it's because I'm a realist, but rivalries really don't mean anything to me. Sure, I'm filled with an overwhelming rage as we play them, but they weren't even on my mind until I saw this thread. I just don't care lol. I want to be entertained by those sexy lads in blue

I would much rather we went for it and won; would be making a statement if we can get the win to our rivals for next season, and as said above could make our chances of signing quality players, and keeping them higher.

Fly a banner that says 'BE SEEING YOU ON THURSDAYS LFC'

Then have three of the young lads get sent off for giving two fingers to the crowd and the ref then celebrating in the stands with our away supporters.

Instant legends.
